Area Sales ManagerFacade and Rain screen

Area Sales Manager - Facade and Rain screen - £60k - South East. This is a rare and unique opportunity to work with a globally recognised manufacturer of a variety of different product ranges. The Area Sales Manager would preferably have experience presenting Façade systems to Architectural Specifiers and Specialist Installation Sub Contractors, whilst maintaining and developing the existing relationships within the UK.

About the Role:

  • To provide a professional sales and technical service to end clients and promote the benefits of products range
  • To achieve set sales targets for the direct sale of facade systems to a large list of existing customers
  • To resolve any complaints or issues in relation to services/materials supplied by the company with the assistance of the Sales Director
  • Manage your time efficiently and effectively
  • Manage and develop effective customer relationships. Establish/develop accounts to ensure that the company is maximising potential
  • To develop a business relationship with key architectural practices to influence our product specification on key projects
  • Specification selling – in accordance to LPCB, FM, Building Regulations
  • Develop technical knowledge of their products as well as having market knowledge on competitors

About the Candidate:

  • Self-motivated and organised – have diary up to four weeks in advance
  • Work as part of a team and/or own initiative
  • Increase profit margins
  • Be able Achieve/ exceed sales targets
  • Manage your time efficiently and effectively
  • Have experience selling Rainscreen and facade systems or Roofing systems
  • Have experience gaining specifications and holding CPD presentations
  • Be hardworking and have a passion for the products and brand
  • Exceptional presentation skills
