Business Development Manager - Lifts - £36k - London. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Business Development Manager specialising in service contracts for the Lift Industry. This position is based in the London area. If you have a good grounding in service and maintenance contract sales, if you are great at building relationships and if you are a skilled closer then this is the job for you.

About the Client:

We are a multinational lifts organisation with a brilliant reputation in the industry. We cover all aspects of the lifts industry including manufacture, installation, service, repair and modernisation. We have been around for a long time and we really make a point of looking after our staff.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for the sale of service contracts in and around London
  • You will be working on bringing in new business and new clients, as well as nurturing and developing current clients
  • Ensuring all new lifts have the end clients details identified prior to commencement of the warranty
  • Generating Proposals and managing all enquiries

About the Candidate:

  • You should have experience in a similar role  and a proven track record in new contract sales and renewals of service contracts for the lift industry
  • Your sales skills will really come into play in this position as you will be working in a fast paced environment selling to new clients and existing contacts
  • This position is working throughout London and the surrounding areas so you need to live within a commutable distance
  • You need to be an ambitious individual who strives to succeed. There will be potential for long term growth
