The Business Development manager will need to gain specifications of products to architects and specifiers. This is a field based role covering the Midlands area. About the Role:

  • Specification of products to architects and specifiers
  • Efficiently track all projects from conception to order
  • Target main contractors and secure open spec projects
  • Target main contractors to identify and secure supply chain and framework agreements opportunities
  • Identify and secure ongoing projects for fabricators nationwide

About the Candidate:

  • Construction Sales Background
  • Preferably working within Facades or sold a similar product
  • Able to build and maintain a rapport with the customer
  • Communicate effectively the features and benefits of products by good demonstration and presentation
  • Be able to effectively overcome objections and gain commitment.
  • To successfully track and secure projects on going
