Sales Engineer - £55k - London. We are looking for a proven technical sales engineer to join one of the market leaders within the heating industry.

About the Role:

  • Selling the full product range including Heat Trace systems and Industrial heating applications, you will be expected to successfully generate new business and maintain existing accounts nationally.
  • You will be expected to
  • Identify, engage, manage and secure new customers
  • Follow up on quotes, secure purchase orders, manage customer expectations
  • Cultivate and develop business through diverse channels such as End Users, Engineering Firms, OEMs, Distributors & Contractors
  • Identify, engage, manage and secure large projects
  • Effectively communicate the wants and needs of customers to inside sales, application engineering and product management teams

About the Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or related field from an accredited educational institution
  • Must be fluent (spoken & written) in English and the predominate language of the assigned territory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong service mindset
  • Must work well within a team or independently and demonstrate initiative and a drive for results
  • Must enjoy a hardworking, fast-paced environment, with technical challenges and opportunities
  • Must be able to multi-task as well as possess a strong sense of urgency
