Sales Executive with Leading Flooring ContractorSales

About the Client:

Leading flooring contractor who specialise in commercial floor installations are seeking a Graduate Sales Executive to join the team.

About the Role:

  • Working under the management of an experienced and supportive team
  • Contacting and selling the company’s service to main contractors and other clients
  • Expanding and converting your database of “prospect” companies
  • Taking “job” specifications, issuing quotes
  • Attending regular team meetings
  • Visiting customers on-site, and attend meetings with key clients to discuss current and future requirements

About the Candidate:

  • Recent graduate, ideally with some experience in B2B sales, or in some other sales function
  • Confident in taking to people at all levels
  • Self-driven, energetic, and results oriented
  • Numerate and literate with very good spoken English. Good knowledge of various computer packages including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and
  • Good organiser and time manager
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills (verbal and written), with team, suppliers, site supervisors and clients
  • Good overall IT skills
  • Strong commitment to the role and delivering on objectives/deadlines
  • Positive attitude and friendly outlook
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritising to meet deadlines, juggling busy workload and multi-tasking
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, efficiently managing own time and working alone where necessary, as well as part of a team
  • Ability to work weekends/evenings/early mornings where required
  • Must be UK based
