Senior Business Development ManagerManned Guarding

£60,000 - £70,000 Basic + OTE £110k - £120k + Full Benefits package. A full Security Service provider with National coverage. Due to our continued expansion we require a National Sales Manager who has experience of selling bundled Security solutions into blue chip clients. This is a national position. This role will suit someone who is looking to develop their careers within one of the largest Soft FM providers in the UK with a tremendous reputation for service delivery across a range of market verticals. Reporting directly into Business Development Director, this role is to ensure that the business sustainably continues to grow, so your ability to engage and influence with senior level clients will be a key component to your success and it is essential that you become a highly effective sales manager. We need someone who is a naturally born leader that possesses commercial flair to maximise opportunities and exceed personal targets.

About the Role:

  • Proactively identify and develop new corporate security services focussed opportunities across the UK
  • Establish develop and progress an organic business pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual growth targets
  • Promote the brand and services, Create strategic and influential networks that will become brand advocates
  • Complete compilations of client focussed, solution led tenders and proposals
  • Delivery of creative, impactful business presentations, commercial cost models and contract negotiations
  • Manage your sales pipeline with the use of a CRM system
  • Understand the market conditions and the impact on the company portfolio
  • To ensure that the sales administration is accomplished accurately and effectively

About the Candidate:

  • Proactive Territory Management – ability to target opportunities and manage sales cycle
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and profit targets through inspirational leadership and customer service
  • Commercially aware with the business acumen to keep you ahead of your competition and set the company apart
  • Stakeholder focussed approach
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft systems to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and the Internet
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Committed to following procedures and ensuring tasks are fully completed
  • A desire for continuous personal and professional development
  • You should be happy working with a large degree of autonomy and be capable of organising your own diary
